What is a foster home?
Sometimes we come upon some dogs that can't be placed in the shelter, either due to health, age or character issues.

Many people would love to adopt a dog, but they are not able to have another animal at home. They know that abandoned animals have suffered a lot, and even when they are in a shelter, they continue to suffer because they need a home.

There is a lot of work in the shelter and we always need more hands. If you would like to help, you can come along whenever to walk our hairy friends, clean them, or their kennels... Or simply to spend some time with them and help in their socialization!

As the law 2/2008 for animal protection specifies, all animals given in adoption will be vaccinated, dewormed, neutered and microchipped. The donation requested is 90€.

In ARCA dog shelter any help is appreciated.
If you can't become a member and donate a fixed amount each month, or if you simply prefer to donate sporadically, we can give you other options!
